Designed by Bill Conner and made in Byron Bay, Australia. This BC Hat is made from steer hide and features a bendable brim so you can shape the hat as desired. Give it an Aussie look or a cowboy look or something in between. The leather has been treated with waxes and oils to repel the rain.

Care Instructions

If your hat is stained, a leather dressing can be applied to the outside of the hat. The leather dressing will darken the hat, mask the stain, and make the hat more waterproof. If you're just removing a small mark on the hat, sometimes rubbing the area firmly with your thumb can erase the mark. Also, you can try chalk that is a similar color to the hat. This can soak up an oil mark. Afterwards, rub the chalk off the hat.

The best leather hat I have ever tried

I love this hat! The fit is perfect, the sweatband is comfortable and the hat looks great. The leather is lightweight enough to be comfortable but still heavy enough that a breeze can't blow it off your head. The shapable brim is easy to shape and the hat looks perfect with the shaped crown. Thank heaven I got one more BC hat before it was to late. I almost didn't buy this one and now I'm so glad I did!
