If your hat is stained, a leather dressing can be applied to the outside of the hat. The leather dressing will darken the hat, mask the stain, and make the hat more waterproof. If you're just removing a small mark on the hat, sometimes rubbing the area firmly with your thumb can erase the mark. Also, you can try chalk that is a similar color to the hat. This can soak up an oil mark. Afterwards, rub the chalk off the hat.
Hat is slighy small.Quality is excellent.Hat is functional even in florida heat.Would recommend without any hesitation.
Love the Down Under Leather Breezer. Great fit and the ventilation is nice so it does not get as hot. Nice look as well.
I like it. I ordered 2 in XL, one in clay and one in dark brown. Ironically, I like the mocha color best, but I dislike that the back of the crown on that one is a different color from the rest of the hat, so I haven't ordered it. Seems well constructed and comfortable. The crown is a bit low, which I think looks better, but makes it a bit snug on my over-sized head bone. I'm used to that. I should wear Lincoln-esque stovepipe hats, but I think short crowns look better. I wish the brim was a little wider and flatter on the sides, flaring upwards a little less. But overall I am very pleased with them. Recommended.
I like the style, design, and construction quality of the Breezer. I ordered a large which I picked according to Conner's sizing chart. My typical cowboy hat size is 7 3/8. The large Breezer seems a bit tight, but time will tell if it will become more comfortable. I wonder if the folks at Conner have suggestions as to how I can stretch this hat at home.
I now have a new down under hat , I am sure it will be outstanding, same as past three. Thank you
