It's best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.
Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.
Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.
I use this when I mow the lawn and do use work. It shades my face but allows air flow to my head. I love it!!!
I have purchased a Conner's hat before but it was a BC Hats Bac Pac Traveller Oily Australian Leather Hat. I loved the fit and wear of that hat it is very durable and made from thick hide. That being said it was very hot to do yard work in, but it did give me an example of Conner hats and they gained my appreciation. I purchased Airflow Lightweight Recycled Outdoor Hat and again I wasn't disappointed. This hat is light weight and you can feel the breeze pass thru the mesh keeping me cool out in the yard during the summer.
Perfect fit. Will be back to purchase more.
This hat was too flimsy. Perhaps 10 plastic bottles should have been used. Really felt like a cheap plastic hat. Price was ridiculous for recycled plastic bottle hat. Just one look and it was sent back for a refund
nice hat fits great
