Returns & Exchanges

DOMESTIC USA CUSTOMERS

Returns/Exchanges are FREE when purchased from Connerhats.com or Conner hats official store on Amazon that means if you don't like your hat for any reason, we pay to send it back. See below for details.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund within 90 days. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging with tags still attached(Please note, you will not be refunded for the original shipping cost if you return the hat)

Please complete the return/exchange form indicating intentions and place pre-paid return label on top of the original shipping label.

Once we receive the returned hat from you we will process your exchange and you should receive your exchange or credit for return within 7-12 business days.


YOU CAN EITHER RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS.

EXCHANGE RETURN FORM

If this is an EXCHANGE, add the following information to your exchange form: SKU#, size and color of the new hat you want to receive.

If this is a RETURN we will credit your card for the cost of the hat within 7-12 days after we receive it.

* Please include original paperwork with your return

Note: If you need your exchange immediately, please purchase a new hat and we will refund you when we receive the original hat. Otherwise, it may take up to two weeks before you receive your exchange.

IF YOUR HAT WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:

If you receive your hat and the box is crushed and the hat is damaged, please contact us immediately. Have no fear, we will get you a replacement hat out ASAP but we need to hear from you first.

**If you choose to return your hat at your own expense, please provide a tracking number to returns@connerhats.com. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible for any loss that may occur.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN THE HAT TO US. WE DO NOT REFUND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

Please contact us before returning the hat. Also, please provide the carrier and tracking number, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any loss.

If you do return the hat for any reason within the 90 DAYS time frame and you do not want to exchange the hat for another, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the hat.
