HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can exchange your hat or get a store credit, you can also return your order within 30 days. Returns or Exchanges must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging with tags still attached. (Please note, you will not be refunded for the original shipping cost if you return the hat)

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING AND Re:Do INSURANCE COST?
Shipping to destinations in the USA and its territories is FREE FOR PURCHASES OVER $79 and $7.99 for orders under $79.00
For international shipments we offer USPS Priority Mail International. Rates are calculated during checkout
RE:DO ALLOWS YOU TO RECEIVE FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AND PACKAGE PROTECTION FOR $2.98
We do not refund any shipping charges or Re:Do costs.
CAN I RETURN HATS I PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER ON CONNERHATS.COM?
We only accept returns for products purchased on Connerhats.com. If you want to return a product you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES CONNERHATS.COM ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO CHECK OUT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information that your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that varies from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY CONNER HAT GIFT CARD?
Please enter your gift card number in the checkout process to redeem your gift amount.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
After your order is submitted, you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you've reached this page, we've received your order and we are either reviewing your payment information or your order is ready to be processed. You should also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is submitted to confirm that we received it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you contact us before your order is shipped we may be able to cancel it. Please email customerservice@connerhats.com
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO A GET A REFUND?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification that your refund was processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, a refund back to your original method of payment may take approximately 5-7 business days to post to your account. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs you may have incurred.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN A GIFT I RECEIVED FOR A REFUND. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Sorry! Unfortunately, gifts cannot be returned for a cash refund. However, we are able to exchange your hat for a different size, style or color. Please contact customerservice@connerhats.com to work out the details.
DOES CONNER HATS OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS?
We offer free shipping on exchanges if you purchased ReDo at checkout Please see our Returns page for details.

HOW DO I CLEAN AND TAKE CARE OF MY HAT?

WHERE ARE CONNER HATS MANUFACTURED?
Our BC Hats are manufactured in Byron Bay, Australia. Conner Hats are made in USA, China, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Mexico
MY HAT IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your hat is defective when you receive it please contact customerservice@connerhats.com , we want you to receive a perfect hat and will look after you! If your hat has been damaged some other way and you would like help please check out our hat care page. We have lots of ways to get your hat back into good shape.
DISCOUNT CODES

You can only use one discount code per order.

Once it is applied to an order, it cannot be used again.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or site-wide promotions (unless the code specifically allows it).

Site-wide promotional discounts will occur during certain periods, eg: Mother's Day, Father's Day or as need be by Conner Hats. Orders placed outside this period won't receive the discount.
- Items purchased with a discount code (unless final sale) can still be returned within our usual 30-day return window
