Return/Exchanage Policy

Free Domestic (U.S.A.) Exchanges 

Are there any charges for a return?

  • If you paid the Redo Exchange and Package Protection fee during checkout, you get free shipping labels when exchanging for Store Credits or Exchanges on hats in the same order thread.
  • If you decide not to pay that option, return shipping labels will be charged for exchange for Store Credits or Exchange for hats
  • Your Exchange order will be created once your returning order is in transit.
  • All returns for Refunds will be charged a shipping fee whether you pay the Redo fee or not. 
  • Your Refund will be processed once your returning order has been received and scanned into our system by our returns team. 
  • We will not reimburse return shipping costs or any other method of return shipment. 
  • IF YOU SHIP THE HAT BACK USING YOUR OWN LABEL AND NOT WITH REDO THERE WILL BE A $10.00 RE STOCKING FEE.

What items are returnable/exchangeable? If any of the below are not met, we cannot exchange or refund.

  • Orders within 30 days from date of purchase
  • Hat must be in original condition (with the exception of items damaged during transit)
  • Hat must have paper tags still attached
  • Hat must be unwashed and unworn
  • Hat must be returned in the original packaging
  • Hat must have been purchased from www.connerhats.com

What items are non-refundable? (or exchangeable)

  • Gift Cards 
  • Original shipping charges
  • Items on our 40% Sale page are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable
  • Redo fees

How do I return?

  • Visit our Returns Center page, enter your order number and email address in the corresponding fields, then click Start a Return
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Choose a FREE exchange (if you checked out with ReDo), store credit or return and follow prompts.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within approximately 5 business days.

 

International Returns 

Are there any charges for a return?

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of international return shipping
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the hat received was defective or damaged during shipping 

What items are returnable?

European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal:

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
