Conner Hats is family-run. Will Conner launched Cov-ver in 2000 and put the family name on his hats in 2014; his father, Bill Conner, has made hats in Byron Bay for over 50 years. Every hat is handmade. Our original St. Augustine warehouse runs on 100% solar power, and orders ship from American Fork, Utah. Our suppliers are required to pay fair wages under our Supplier Code of Conduct. We still maintain our company food forest at the original site, which is also a hub for other small businesses.
