Didn’t fit and didn’t have replacement.

I think your management made a grave mistake when not honoring my return cost.
The product is not of high quality ( order a Simms to see what better quality is). You not only lost me as a customer, but probably another 10 I’ve interacted with about this. Your loss!

We are very transparent with our return policy and it is clearly mentioned in the hat description where our hats are made. You did not purchase our $1.98 Re:do which gives you free unlimited exchanges. However, even without it Re:do gives you a very inexpensive return cost label. Regarding our quality. 3000 + 5 star reviews speaks for itself, the particular hat you purchased is hand woven raffia and beautifully made, sorry you didn't like the hat but happy you found what you were looking for.

This is my 2nd straw, fits great. Also purchased Crosseroads wool, it is also very nice for cooler days.
