Business hours
Our remote office is available 7 days a week. Our warehouse in American Fork, Utah ships Monday to Friday, and orders don't ship on weekends.

USA and territories
Free shipping on orders over $79.00; $7.99 otherwise. Free exchanges on all orders if you checked out using Redo.

We usually process orders within 24 hours, and up to 3 days at extreme busy times. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once shipped. We use several carriers and can't guarantee delivery dates.

Exchanges for a different size or style are no problem, with free shipping if you checked out with Redo. Please note: no shipping charges are refunded.

International
