What are they made of?

Most are Australian wool felt, from non-mulesed sheep. The American Cowboy is a wool and cashmere blend. Each product page lists the exact material, brim width and crown height.

Are these felt hats sun-protective?

The American Cowboy, with its 4¼" brim, is rated UPF 50+. For the other hats, check the UPF shown on each product page. We tested our materials with ARPANSA, and we do not give a rating to any hat with open mesh or a brim under 2.5".

How do I find my size?

Measure around your head just above the ears and use our hat size chart.
