Hold the shaped position for 2-3 minutes while cooling, then mist with water and let air-dry for 24 hours to set the shape. Avoid over-stretching the felt, which can cause it to lose its original structure.

All Conner Hats are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the hat. If your hat fails due to a manufacturing defect or faulty materials, Conner will replace it.
