Really wanted to like it...but couldn't.

I wear a s/m in a flexfit and occasionally a large in non-flex hats. I used the sizing chart found on your site and ordered a Large. Excited to receive the hat, I was quickly disappointed as it was unbelievably tight. Followed the return instructions and re-ordered an X-large. Again, excited to receive the XL hat, I tried it on. And, once again, disappointment. Still too tight. It would be difficult to tell the size difference between the Large and XL if there is one. Sure felt the same to me. Not willing to continue trying the largest XXL size, this is where my efforts ended. Needless to say, both hats have been returned. I wasn't willing to continue to lose $12 shipping charge each time on a hat that doesn't seem to have actual different sizes...which brings me to my other complaint. Your shipping choice of sending it out with UPS and then they deliver to the local USPS office is a frustrating method. UPS would have it here within a few days. Then, the USPS would ship it to another town or 2 before actually delivering it 3 to 4 days later. Crazy. I understand UPS is expensive. Then just pick USPS. I'm guessing it would arrive faster if USPS handled it start to finish. Sorry I can't write a positive review but I found the product and process both pretty frustrating.

Hi Joseph, sorry the hats didn’t fit, we haven’t seen a sizing issue with this hat but will check it out and fix asap. And regarding shipping, we offer two services one FedEx and one USPS. Unfortunately we can’t control the shipping once it leaves our warehouse but we do help track and send replacements if there is ever an issue .. sorry you had a poor experience
