Epically great customer service and quality product!

I originally purchased the Jackeroo model in a large size. The hat was much too large for me so, I exchanged it for a medium size Tambourine model. I opted for a pickup of the exchange. It was wirth the $8.90 fee. The hat was picked up late Thursday evening afternoon and I received the new hat on the Monday morning. I truly love the Tambourine! The quality is superb! Tough try to fit

Bought the large and it was too big, exchanged for medium and it was too small so I am trying to stretch it but I have not succeeded due to the stiffness of the material. I hope it eventually works.

Tambourine Outback Hat

The tambourine outback hat is really a nice hat. I trying to get used to the hardness of the material. It's good for retaining its shape but I think I like the crushable type better.

Well Made but,

I like the style and the make up of the hat. However, it does not fit right so it will sit in a closet.

Would be awesome if it wasn't a flat brim ,I don't want to try to shape it.
