Sorry that the hat is flopping in the front. I can suggest you use a hat stiffener spray called Bickmore check it on Google

I would suggest laying some paper down on a clean flat surface. Spray the underside of the brim of your hat and then place it flat on the surface. Let it dry and then try it on. You may have to do this several times to get the desired outcome.
