Still waiting

Unfortunately I am still waiting for the delivery. I'm not impressed with your shipping method. Looks like others have had the same problem. When I check the tracking they continue to kick the can to the next day.

Lost hat review

Man, still waiting on it. Tracking was held up on March 7th. Reached out to shippers and they’re passing the buck (blame) on others. I’m sure it will get here some day.

Allows Air In But Sun Too

The vented hat allows good air flow but if you are looking for a good sun hat to protect your scalp (because you're bald like me), this might not be the best choice. My scalp gets more sun exposure than I would like. Hat has been durable so far.

Lesson learned

Did not like the texture of the brim. Hated the floppy crown. Could not return due to I miss placed some of the tags. I gave the hat to a man that works for me. The price was right for him.

To help us improve our product, could you be more specific as the brim shouldn’t be floppy at all. Generally if mesh is soft in the crown your head would fill it out regardless. As for the texture of the brim, is it perhaps the texture of hemp that you don't like? The organic cotton band is what touches your forehead so maybe it's that?
