Arrived Crushed

Hat arrived crushed. The box wasn't crushed, just the hat. I am assuming the hat was crushed before it was put in the box. Really disappointed. This is my third and most probably, my last Conner hat.

Best hat ever

I have been wearing this hat for 20 years now, it actually has the original Cov-ver hat name. I cut the chin strap off the day I bought it as it was just a thin piece leather. The hat is still in the same condition as when I bought it and believe me this hat has been through hell, it has travelled the world getting compliments everywhere I go. The only problem I have now is after 20 years of wear the mesh is stained from sweat. The picture I have included is the hat today after 20 years. Best hat ever

Cool, comfortable hat.

It's so hard to find a hat that 1st fits, then has a 3.5 inch brim, is cool, is packable and has a no sweat sweat band. Most sweat bands say moisture wicking but NO they are not. This hat is so amazing, as fits perfect, WOW, has the wider brim for sun protection for my face, the cotton sweat band is the smart fabric to use, soft and no sweat. The hat crown collapses for space saving if packing or storing but recovers perfectly when put on. I just love it and would buy another if had some color choices. Packaging is perfect and fair shipping time. You guys are the BEST!

very nice hat, but chin cord needs improvement

It's a very nice hat - I barely notice I'm wearing it, but it shades my eyes and ears. The brim is stiff enough to be flipped up in the front or the back if you want to. It looks good on me, even though I'm not nearly as good looking as those people modeling it in the picture. I replaced the chin cord - the cord was stiff and kinked up, and the little leather piece meant to cinch it up would probably fail in a strong wind. But that is an easy fix - a leather boot lace and a big bead or toggle button and you're good to go.
