I bought this hat about 4 years ago at the Boulder Creek Fest and absolutely loved it. I wore it all the time but wasn't super gentle with it as I figured I'd replace it in a couple of years at the same Festival. Problem is, the hat stand I got it from was nowhere to be found. This year, my hat was on its last leg so I decided to look up the company name on the label which brought me to the Conner website. Wow! The hat was exactly as my first, and I was able to easily reshape it to my liking. It had a little dent on the top from the shipping, but the Conner website showed me how to steam the hat to take those little misshapes out and now it is perfect!
