Crushable is not the same as packable: unless a hat is marked packable, pack it properly (see our hat care page).

Some of our wool hats, like the American Cowboy and Stagecoach, are stiff on purpose to hold a sharp shape, so they are not on this page. Crushable is not the same as packable: only the hats marked packable are made to be folded into a bag. For the rest, pack them properly (see our hat care page).

A dash means the hat has no sun rating or we have not listed that measurement. Sun ratings follow our UPF rules: rated fabric, no open mesh or open vents, and a brim of at least 2.5 inches. Sizes and measurements are on each hat's page.

The American Cowboy, Banjo Paterson, Hat Bar Rancher, Jubilee, Kimberly Rancher, Renegade, Stagecoach, Steampunk, Tambourine, Uluru, Austin Cattleman and Edward are stiff on purpose, so they hold a sharp shape. They are not on this page.
Unless the hat is marked packable, pack it properly instead of folding it. Our hat care page shows how. If it gets crushed, reshape it with your hands; a little steam helps.
