    Women's Straw Hats

A straw hat is summer you can wear. Our women's straw hats run from wide-brim sun hats for the garden and the beach to raffia cowgirl hats for festivals, plus straw fedoras and boaters for everything in between.

Raffia is a palm fiber; ours comes from Madagascar, harvested without cutting down the tree. It's natural and biodegradable, and a little steam brings back its shape.

Not sure of your size? Use our hat size chart. Every hat comes with our Limited Lifetime Guarantee (50% off if lost or stolen), and shipping is free over $79. Looking for more? See all straw hats and straw cowgirl hats.

    Finding your straw hat

Start with the shape. A wide-brim sun hat is the go-to for gardens, beaches and long lunches outside. A raffia cowgirl hat brings western style to summer festivals and county fairs. A straw fedora or boater is the neat, easy choice for city days and travel.

Our raffia comes from palm leaves in Madagascar, harvested without cutting down the tree. It's natural and biodegradable.

Keep it dry when you can and don't fully soak it. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally. Raffia wrinkles come out with a little steam, and a gentle reshape brings back the brim. See our hat care guide.

Measure around your head just above the ears and across the middle of your forehead, then match the number to our hat size chart. Our hats run true to size, and two free size inserts help you fine-tune the fit.
