"I originally purchased the Jackeroo model in a large size. The hat was much too large for me so, I exchanged it for a medium size Tambourine model. I opted for a pickup of the exchange. It was wirth the $8.90 fee. The hat was picked up late Thursday evening afternoon and I received the new hat on the Monday morning. I truly love the Tambourine! The quality is superb! Tough try to fit

"Bought the large and it was too big, exchanged for medium and it was too small so I am trying to stretch it but I have not succeeded due to the stiffness of the material. I hope it eventually works."
