Using a lint brush or the adhesive side of tape will remove dust and dirt on wool hats. If your wool hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing. Always place a hat upside down on its crown if you do not have a hat rack for storage.
I suffer from light triggered migraines. To prevent migraines I bought a pair of migraine glasses and this hat. I thought the hat would be the back up to the glasses but I was wrong. The hat's wool blocks out any direct light so the glasses only have to handle indirect light. Anywhere the light is too intense this hat reduces my pain and lets me be available. I am even able to watch my daughter play sports outside now. The glasses cost twice as much as the hat and the glasses are 4x times more effective because of the hat. The hat looks very nice and is well made so the hat and I will have many adventures to come.
Beautiful hat, just wasn't for me. I normally order a medium, this one just a wee bit too large & have determined the 3" brim is much more flattering for me, personally, than the 2" on the Jackeroo. Have returned, but love the great customer service and quality of Conner Hats. Will definitely order my autumn number soon.
It arrived perfectly packed and in splendid condition. It was all that I wanted it to be plus a perfect fit. Very very pleased with the product and purchase experience.
Beautifully made hat. Meet all my expectations. Very good quality for the price. The customer service was great as well. When my hat got lost in the mail, they were able to resolve and get a hat to us very quickly.
I never leave reviews, just lurk and read others. This hat is worth the review. Conner hats knocked it out of the park with this one. Ethically and environmentally consciously made, and beautiful to top it off. Hats off, guys!
