The hat will serve its purpose. I had to use 4 adjust strips in order for it to fit ay all and I still might add another one. Haven't worn it yet but it ticks all the boxes for my trip to Tahiti now that I have to avoid sun.
Box was crushed. Hat was crushed. Of course it was crushed because there was nothing in the box to pad it. Terrible.

They are sturdy if knocked about a bit but obviously not when something heavy sits on top of it.
