Even the most accurate measurement of your head (which we will teach you here) doesn’t always mean the hat you receive will be a perfect fit. There are many factors that can get in the way of receiving the perfect fit on the first try. One is the use of natural materials. Sometimes leather or certain straw hats for example can be slightly thicker or thinner with each batch of material, even when sewing a hat the technician can use a little bit less or more pressure and the size will be slightly affected. So hat sizing isn’t an exact science but an accurate measurement of your head is a good place to start. That along with working with a hat brand that cares about you getting the perfect hat for you. WE PROVIDE FREE SIZE INSERTS IN EVERY ORDER JUST INCASE YOU NEED THEM.

LETS GET STARTED ON YOUR HAT SIZE

Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (not elasticized or stretchy).
Place the tape measure or string on your forehead and measure the circumference about 1/2 inch or 1.5cm above your ears, about where your hat would sit.

If you have another hat that shows the size, you can use that information.
Check the length of the tape measure or string to determine your size. (if using a string, hold it up against a ruler)
Use the size charts on the product pages to find your perfect fit. For example, if your measurement comes to 22 inches or 56cm, then you would choose a size Medium hat.
Make sure you measure your head multiple times and get 2 measurements that are the same to be 100% sure.

*If you fall in between sizes, choose the next biggest size. We will send two free size inserts with every hat ordered, just incase your hat needs a slight reduction. If you need more than 2 please reach out we can send you more.

Best Fedora Hat I've Found

"I wanted to do this review a long time ago but never got around to doing it. I bought my hat in August of 2019, 6 years ago. I bought the “Buster Wool Fedora” in the “putty” color. For those that don’t know putty is a soft, muted, earthy neutral color that looks for similar to the beige or is beige. I looked all over the internet (and I’m not joking) for places that sold a Fedora hat that looked great and hat all the classic features of the fedora hats worn long ago. All of the places on the internet didn’t get it right, except one, and that one is Conner Hats. To this day I have not seen a better looking fedora hat than the Conner Buster Wool Fedora putty hat. If you’re thinking about buying a new fedora hat you can’t beat the Conner Buster Wool Fedora for fit and finish. Everyone who saw me in this hat has complimented me. Thanks Conner hats!"

Sharp looking and comfortable

"Cool looking hat; warm and comfortable... Stuck bright multi-colored feathers in it's band so I didn't look too much like a Priest or a Rabbi. (~It's black and does sorta have that look on me ;>}) I especially like that I can wear it with it's wide brim turned up to have that cool jazz style look, or I can turn the brim a bit down in front for that more standard Fedora look. ~Sort of an odd, different kind of hat, but lots of fun!"
