It's best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.
Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.
Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.
The staff at Conner Hats are outstanding, extremely helpful. I had ordered several through that had come damaged and could not be restored. They were returned and I dealt directly with Conner. Same price. Fast free delivery and was able to speak with the manufacturer. Highly recommend!
First one I ordered was to small so ordered next larger fits perfectly.
Really enjoy wearing, feels good and fits great.
Quality of material and looks are great.
I've only worn it once on the course, but like the look and feel. Just a fraction large but with the elastic band it works fairly well. The sizing chart is pretty accurate! I used the size in inches to order by. I haven't soaked it yet as we have had a considerable decrease in temperature since I got it. Shipping was very fast.
haven't had a chance to get it wet yet, it's pretty cool with the mesh, also fits comfortably on the head, awesome fishing hat!!!!!!
