Phenomenal Hat

I've never had a hat like this. It fits far more comfortably than I thought hats ever were expected to. It honestly is waterproof--no lie--it actually drip dries after a rain. The only catch is that it sits so lightly on my head that I dare not wear it in a strong wind. I can live with that.

Beautiful craftsmanship and fit

Once again I returned to Conner for a new hat, and I’m glad I did. The Aussie Wool Crusher is beautiful. I prefer my hats to be waterproof wool, and Conner has some beauties that live up to that.

The best hats

I’ve bought hats from just about every vendor online and a lot of hat stores, too. I’ve never found hats that met my expectations more than Conner hats.

And the one time that I needed help from customer service about an order that the shipping carrier lost, Conner’s response was very prompt and perfect. They made good immediately, sending me a new hat.
