SUN SHIELD RECYCLED BOATER HAT

This hat is great. Excellent quality. My 4th or 5th hat of the exact same model. I use this hat for daily commercial rooftop all day sun exposure. I have worn the large in the past, but seems to be a little tight on my head.. The X-large is great. The shield in the back is very convenient, folds up, or pull down, and doesn't get in the way. This hat is washable, but don't put it in the dryer. I had one shrink from the high heat from the dryer. The cord around the brim is what wears... the cord can poke thru eventually. Very Pleased. !

I bought a Sun Shield as a replacement for my original Sun Shield, which is now mow my lawn hat.

Stylish

I like the cut of its jib. As does my friend for whom I also bought one for his birthday.

Great for keeping neck covered.

Love this hat. After having skin cancer on my neck, keeping it covered was a top priority. I use this in my garden every day. Curious as to the best way to wash the hat to remove dirt?

Hi Janet, very sorry for late reply.. we have a whole section called Hat Care in the footer of the site with lots of videos that will explain this...
