Even the most accurate measurement of your head (which we will teach you here) doesn’t always mean the hat you receive will be a perfect fit. There are many factors that can get in the way of receiving the perfect fit on the first try. One is the use of natural materials. Sometimes leather or certain straw hats for example can be slightly thicker or thinner with each batch of material, even when sewing a hat the technician can use a little bit less or more pressure and the size will be slightly affected. So hat sizing isn’t an exact science but an accurate measurement of your head is a good place to start. That along with working with a hat brand that cares about you getting the perfect hat for you. WE PROVIDE FREE SIZE INSERTS IN EVERY ORDER JUST INCASE YOU NEED THEM.

LETS GET STARTED ON YOUR HAT SIZE

Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (not elasticized or stretchy).
Place the tape measure or string on your forehead and measure the circumference about 1/2 inch or 1.5cm above your ears, about where your hat would sit.

If you have another hat that shows the size, you can use that information.
Check the length of the tape measure or string to determine your size. (if using a string, hold it up against a ruler)
Use the size charts on the product pages to find your perfect fit. For example, if your measurement comes to 22 inches or 56cm, then you would choose a size Medium hat.
Make sure you measure your head multiple times and get 2 measurements that are the same to be 100% sure.

Perfection!

"If you’re looking at reviews to help you make your decision on where to purchase a hat, you’ve landed in the right place. I purchased this one in the picture eight years ago in Branson, Missouri until I lost it a couple of weeks ago when I left it on the backseat of my bike and took off from work. So I contacted where I bought it and they don’t sell them anymore. That’s when I started looking where to get one, which landed me on Connor hats website. I cannot vouch for any of their other hats, but this one says it all. Perfection! Needless to say, I’ve purchased another one and if I were to lose the new one, I know where to go. ."

"Have had this hat for almost 10 years, only just replacing it recently due to accidentally damaging it. Has been my favorite hat the entire time, second one just as good as the first. Not only that, but it's my fiances favorite look on me, so that's a double win. Thank you Conner hats"

Lifetime hat

"I've had mine for a couple of years now. It's a daily wear. I've hit my head on stuff that rattled my teeth but the hat had kept me from cuts or knots on my head. I love this hat. No more ball caps for me. I can wipe it off and wear it to church. It cleans up nice. I sat on it one day and thought I'd ruined it. Absolutely not! It's like it never happened. I could go on and on but it'd be redundant to everything everyone else has said. They are superior. I bought a second one before I moved back to Texas from Georgia where I got it thinking I wanted to make sure and had one when this one went bad. But I don't know how long that will take. I highly recommend this hat. It's the Down Under Leather hat."

Comfortable for long days

"Nice Hat. Visited San Antonio and couldn't find a decent had that I liked that looked right on me. Went to the net and found this hat. I was skeptical of the quality for the price but other reviews helped influence my decision. The hat is comfortable for hours of wear outdoors. I did have to use a sizing pad in the back as the hat fit a half finger too loose for my head but once that was put in, it was perfect."
