Paul Roberts Ordered my hat and received an email with conformation. Everything went well with communication and tracking. My issue is that when i took my hat out of the box the shape was damaged. I now have to have it reshaped. I have ordered many hats from other suppliers, and this is the first time to have to have it fixed before i can wear it. VERY DISSIAPPONTIED.
