Straw hats can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic to our waterways.
Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing. Always place a hat upside down on its crown if you do not have a hat rack for storage.
Many of our straw hats come with a wire in the brim so you can shape the hat to match your style. With a little practice you can reshape your hat brim easily. Western styles are generally worn with the brim turned up on the sides and Australian style hats look great with a dip in the front and the back.
This isn’t a fussy or pricey hat. It’s a great value and this is my third. (Don’t get caught in the rain).
Only criticism is the brand new one isn’t quite as good, design-wise. Compare new-old in the pic. The design/hole in the crown are much larger now, and personally I think k it cheapens the look. Still, it’s comfy and easy to wear and adjust as needed. Also don’t trust sizing. I wear a
7 5/8 , large by any standard. But I’m wearing a small/extra small in the new, just bought hat. 🤷♂️

Apparently it came to Bridgehampton but was shipped back. Maybe because there wasn’t a PO Box? Not sure why they couldn’t just send it to the address.

I've also checked your address that you provided and the label that was printed with that address and it all seemed good when it left our warehouse so we're confused as to why this has happened.
