HOW TO FIND YOUR CORRECT HAT SIZE

Even the most accurate measurement of your head (which we will teach you here) doesn’t always mean the hat you receive will be a perfect fit. There are many factors that can get in the way of receiving the perfect fit on the first try. One is the use of natural materials. Sometimes leather or certain straw hats for example can be slightly thicker or thinner with each batch of material, even when sewing a hat the technician can use a little bit less or more pressure and the size will be slightly affected. So hat sizing isn’t an exact science but an accurate measurement of your head is a good place to start. That along with working with a hat brand that cares about you getting the perfect hat for you. WE PROVIDE FREE SIZE INSERTS IN EVERY ORDER JUST INCASE YOU NEED THEM.

LETS GET STARTED ON YOUR HAT SIZE

Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (not elasticized or stretchy).
Place the tape measure or string on your forehead and measure the circumference about 1/2 inch or 1.5cm above your ears, about where your hat would sit.

If you have another hat that shows the size, you can use that information.
Check the length of the tape measure or string to determine your size. (if using a string, hold it up against a ruler)
Use the size charts on the product pages to find your perfect fit. For example, if your measurement comes to 22 inches or 56cm, then you would choose a size Medium hat.
Make sure you measure your head multiple times and get 2 measurements that are the same to be 100% sure.

*If you fall in between sizes, choose the next biggest size. We will send two free size inserts with every hat ordered, just incase your hat needs a slight reduction. If you need more than 2 please reach out we can send you more.

See the size charts above. Your hat is either an individual size like Small or Medium or Large etc. or uses a stretch band that covers 2 sizes like Small/Medium and Large/X-Large. Each size can cover a slight range but that is OK, choose the size in your range.

The hat is great! One

"The hat is great! One thing I forgot to do was double check my order before I sent it & ordered the wrong size which was supposed to be a Large / X-Large (My Fault) but it worked out good. My Daughter tried it on & it fit great, She thought I ordered it for her/ never told her I messed-up ordering for me so everything worked out for both of us. great hat

"I ordered the large/xl (I have a medium-to-large head and like a looser fitting hat) and thought it might be too big at first, but actually it's great, a breezy, comfortable, attractive, plop it on your head and forget about it good hat. I like the bead to tighten the chin strap. I also have multiple Norcal open road hats which I love, and recently tried to branch out to another brand which I promptly returned because it wasn't a patch on the comfort and attractiveness of my Conner hats. I spend a lot of time outside and have chosen to become more diligent about wearing a hat, and Conner is helping make that a pleasure."

Great hat

"I bought this hat because I wanted better sun protection than a ball cap while out gardening or on the back deck. This hat is perfect for my needs and I have been wearing it constantly. It is cool, light, helps alleviate glare, and is super comfortable. I find that I sweat less since the hat is not in contact with my scalp and the band that is on the inside dries really quickly. I also feel that this hat is much sturdier than I was expecting from a straw hat which I am pleased about. I really cannot say enough about this hat and I highly recommend it."

Really like it!

"I really like my hat. It doesn't blow off, it's comfortable, stylish, quality etc. The shaping and everything seems spot on. If I could give any constructive feedback it would be see if the hat can be any lighter weight on crown without compromising it, and create a head band that is a little more breathable and relaxed. Or offer a hypoallergenic padded thing when people want to keep other stuff off their skin. Hard to complain though, I like everything about it and it has become a friend. I would easily recommend five stars and now my mom wants one."
