It is a little large but nothing filling couldn’t fix. I have a big head(xxx) and a slightly round face but it looks good. I like the slightly distressed look. I ordered a couple more hats(xx this time) because the service was great and quality is top notch. I paid the two dollars for unlimited return…
Overall I like the hat. Seems to be good quality, but… I was surprised at how “distressed” it was. It looks pretty well worn right out of the box. A little too worn for my liking.
Good quality hat, sizes are all over the place. This is the 3rd hat I’ve bought from Conner Hats and they all fit different. The foam inserts don’t always work and I had to return one hat because of the size. I know my size, I wear hats everyday, if they could fix this issue they would be a great company.

Thanks for the constructive criticism here, we totally get it, not to sound cheeky but we have been in the hat business for 50 years and you would think we would have figured out sizing by now :) the issue is each material and construction method makes hats of different materials in the same size vary slightly but not enough to change the hat size chart so that is why we have the free sizing strips and free exchanges. Also each hat being hand made there can be a slight difference if sewn with more tension or less. Anyway sorry for the trouble and thank for supporting us and enjoying our hats we really do appreciate it.

I bought these Connor rain hats in both Brown and Loden some 10 years ago! They still look as good as the day I bought them. I wear a size XL and both of these hats fit me perfect! I absolutely love the way they feel on my head and have gotten millions of compliments. I really wish they had more colors because I would buy one in every color!
