"Initially I was told that the hat in size medium was out of stock. I asked when it might be back and Cole from Conner responded that he could pull one from a store to fulfill my order. I really appreciate that extra effort. The hat is a good looking hat with a pinched crown and a brim downturned all around. Most importantly, it is waterproof. I’ve walked the dog in a downpour a couple of times and so far it has performed as I had hoped. The secret pocket is small and tight - you might slide a credit card in there, but not much else."
