Straw hats can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic to our waterways.
Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing. Always place a hat upside down on its crown if you do not have a hat rack for storage.
Many of our straw hats come with a wire in the brim so you can shape the hat to match your style. With a little practice you can reshape your hat brim easily. Western styles are generally worn with the brim turned up on the sides and Australian style hats look great with a dip in the front and the back.
Beautiful and extremely well made can’t wait to wear it on my vacation worth every penny and more. Buy it you won’t be disappointed.
I'm glad you like it! Ready for this summer!
This hat is comfortable, and stylish. With the wide brim providing great protection. Would highly recommend.

Wanted a hat that offered protection from the sun. Love the wide brim! Super comfy too! Looks great with a dressier out fit but goes casual as well.
Thanks for the positive review and glad we could get you a hat that could work for both formal and informal settings. Enjoy!
EL SOMBRERO ES MUY BONITO Y EL REGALO LE GUSTO MUCHO A MI ESPOSA. PERO TIENE UN PROBLEMA DE DISEÑO, POR CUANTO EL PRIMER DIA EL ALA DELANTERA CEDIO Y OBSTACULIZA LA VISION HACIENDO QUE NO SE PUEDA UTILIZAR.
LA CALIDAD NO CORRESPONDEN A UNA GRAN MARCA.
AGRADECERIA ALGUNA SOLUCION.
Sorry that the hat is flopping in the front. I can suggest you use a hat stiffener spray. Here's a link to the hat stiffener: https://connerhats.com/products/bickmore-kahl-hat-stiffener
I would suggest laying some paper down on a clean flat surface. Spray the underside of the brim of your hat and then place it flat on the surface. Let it dry and then try it on. You may have to do this several times to get the desired outcome.
I also apologize for writing this in english. Please forgive me as I had to google translate to understand what you had said then respond to it. I hope I have answered your question. If you need anymore assistance, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
