"Oh how I loved this hat when I received it. I took it on vacation and got it wet during an unexpected lazy river drop in depth. It's just not the same. It is very flimsy. I emailed and said what happened and did receive a response to help revive my hat. Maybe I should have researched it more before purchase but no where did I read that this hat was not to get wet. Fingers crossed that it works."
