Great hat if I could fit it on to my head...I ordered largest size...XL...but that is too small...looking for someone with a smaller cranium ti give it to.

Great hat; top notch customer service

I love this hat. It's comfy and the style is exactly what I was looking for. It's a bucket hat, but I like to do the thing where the sides kind of curl up a bit. Now, that being said, I actually don't recommend using the snaps on the side of the hat if you like to do that, too, as it sort of pulls the top part of the hat out of shape. What I have done, as you can see in the attached picture, is wrap the chin strap (when I'm not out on the boat) up over the brim of the hat and pull it around the back. This gives the sides of the brim a nice gentle curve upwards without messing with the shape of the top part.

I had a problem with the sizing, and the customer service team went way above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. If you are worried about ordering a hat online and afraid the size might be a little off, then worry no more. These people will take good care of you.

I will be ordering another hat from Conner very soon.

Hate does run small but my medium fit perfect!! Absolutely love this hat!! It’s hard to find a small brimmed boonie hat that has snaps on it! This hat looks great down or snapped up! This is my second Conner hat, they’re great quality and will last for years!! Highly recommend, just size up and if it’s still to small then exchange, it’s not the end of the world!
