Poor quailty, fell apart after just a few wearings

I purchased the hat and didn't wear it much until this spring came around for some travel. After a few wearings it started to unravel in the back in multiple places and had metal sticking out. I contacted Conner Hats but it had been about 13 months so there only offer was to purchase another one at half-price. Based on my experience with this hat and their product support I will not purchase another hat from them and would not recommend purchasing this model.

I love this hat. The fit and color are just what I wanted. I am, however, having a real hard time getting the brim to look like the picture.

Hi Richard, thank you for the feed back. If the brim is not how you like it use steam from a tea kettle, that will get it in the shape you want.. just soften the straw and let it cool slightly and then shapt how you like it and or smooth it out if that is the issue. Great hat

Like the hat, I would give 5 stars, but the brim is off center, tried using steam to reshape, but not working well.
